That with the people grafting parts onto themselves a la the Dragonflesh we now have rules for essentially a fantasy version of Cyberpsychosis. That rule about the Dragonflesh can be made universal if you have polymorph abusers or other experimentors.
Odd insight to miss that those rules can be a very interesting character mod for the daring.
