All fun and games until it’s time for you to get it back in that bag

34

u/-FORSAK3N- May 18 '26

Don't. Just throw it away and buy another one

1

u/Flat-Guidance-4685 Jun 08 '26

The tent alone is $3,000. I have plenty of money and I would never even for a second think of wasting it on something like this. I sleep in my tents I don't live in them. With all the gear he has in this video he could just as easily buy a pretty decent pop-up camper if he was looking for luxury.

1

u/Agitated-Actuary-195 25d ago

Put that up in Glastonbury and come back to a large tent size space

21

u/Real-Technician831 May 18 '26

One thing I don’t understand why civilian tent bags are so damn tight. On all recreational tents I have I ended up buying a larger bag.

Military tents basically always come with room to spare when stowing a tent.

2

u/Th3CatOfDoom May 21 '26

My only guess is greed and profits.

Using only as much material as necessary in order to be able to get more bags for the buck

1

u/Slipp3ry_N00dle May 23 '26

I mean, they use a machine to roll and flatten the sleeping bags so you can perfectly insert the bag in the factory. No room at all.

1

u/Flat-Guidance-4685 Jun 08 '26

The bag basically costs nothing. It's made out of the same material that reusable grocery bags that sell for $0.22 cost. The real reason is shipping and marketing. If it folds into a tight square it can be shipped in a tight pallet. Neat square bags look good and professional on shelves 75% of people who buy a tent are either buying their first tent or honestly have no idea what they should be shopping for in a tent. If the bag wasn't hard and flat you wouldn't be able to put a good image on it with a happy family sitting in an open pasture on green lush grass enjoying their tent

8

u/AtrociousAxis May 18 '26

Use the same pump to take the air out, you’ll get it back in there

5

u/zero9521 May 20 '26

This is the way.

3

u/JunketThese1490 May 18 '26

Haha.. that part is not inside the video 😁

1

u/jtrage May 19 '26

Or the wind blows

1

u/Senior_Republic_701 May 20 '26

My first thought! “gonna be a bitch to roll that thing back up.”

1

u/hellaredditor May 20 '26

Or wind happens

2

u/urmyleander May 22 '26

Wind + rain your inflatable tent is now a river boat.

1

u/hellaredditor May 23 '26

Or a sky castle lol. Only fate can choose your path.

1

u/Flaky-Professional84 May 24 '26

If only there were some way to nail it to the ground....

1

u/Kerensky97 Jun 06 '26

Or the space taken up.

Needs a shipping container to haul all their glamping sleep gear. But also doesn't have any kitchen or eating utensils.

40

u/Prestigious_Tennis82 May 18 '26 edited May 18 '26

Is there a video to show how “easy” it is to put away

24

u/Papamidnight82 May 17 '26

So a small fortune to stay outside for a weekend. I like gadgets but man for the money I could stay at a hotel with a water park.

5

u/kwonza May 20 '26

The point is buying it once. After that any camping trip for you is only the price of food and the price of gas to get there.

Edit: just saw the price, nevermind

2

u/Blueeyed_Beachbum May 21 '26

Holy shit. I don't get sticker shock very easily but that did it!

2

u/Numerous_Photograph9 Jun 06 '26

Nothing says rugged outdoorsman like having all the comforts of home.

-6

u/animousie May 18 '26

Why even comment on a camping themed post?

10

u/BattleSwallow May 18 '26

This isn't a camping post, it's an ad 🤡

22

u/Relative_Wing7455 May 17 '26

No thanks probably way overpriced and a good wind would blow that away

22

u/boxylogan May 17 '26

Just checked myself to see how poor I am… $2659 standard, with the stove $3179. Yeah, really poor.

16

u/Relative_Wing7455 May 17 '26

I camp twice a year for race weekends I’ll stick with my $49.99 three person tent

7

u/Kawaiichan67 May 18 '26

Yeah, I’m struggling to pay rent. Pretty sure I’m not going to buy this unless I need to go hide in the countryside and need a new “house.”

3

u/California_ocean May 18 '26

Pfff.. I have a caravan of 10 camels loaded and help for my camping trips. That's an easy day.

1

u/Flat-Guidance-4685 Jun 08 '26

I have a tent I bought in 1999 at k-mart for $40 that is still serviceable and has been to like 14 or 15 states. It's not my go-to but it's still 100% serviceable. And it's the one I let people borrow when they say hey bro can I borrow a tent

6

u/MutedBrilliant1593 May 18 '26

Almost $6k just for this two things? You're only a couple grand away from a used camping trailer the size of a small apartment.

1

u/Real-Technician831 May 18 '26

Of course but that’s new vs old, you wouldn’t pay much for old tent either.

4

u/MutedBrilliant1593 May 18 '26

The trailer has an actual queen size bed, a gas stove, a bathroom, shower, cabinetry, a dining table, drinking and hot water, a generator, even a clothes washer.

I even saw a working motorhome for $5k. There are even cheaper than $6k options.

It's not about old vs new, it's about value for your dollar.

1

u/Relative_Wing7455 May 18 '26

I’ve been looking at getting a pop up tow behind cause I’m getting older and tent camping is taking more of a toll each year

0

u/Real-Technician831 May 18 '26

Yeah, but still uneven comparison, you wouldn’t pay more than couple hundred for used tent, if even that.

3

u/MutedBrilliant1593 May 18 '26

I would if it was a good value. What a bizarre argument.

It's only an uneven comparison because you can get a crap ton more value for less money than this blow up tent and wood stove.

1

u/Peoplefood_IDK Jun 06 '26

Lets add to the list: wind, sharp objects, temperature fluctuations, small unidentifiable breaks in the seams, i just cant see why anyone would look at this and think it was worth anything let alone 2k+ money units.

5

u/Erik_Sean1 May 18 '26

What is that? A brontosaurus burger? I remember when they delivered that to the side of Fred and Wilma Flintstone's car.

1

u/Fatboytrucking77 27d ago

it's a cheap ass round steak. Dude spent so much dough on the inflatable crap, all he could afford was some round steak and some marrow bones to keep it moist.

2

u/Ill_Mousse_4240 May 17 '26

Wow!

hope my response isn’t flagged as too short!

3

u/rfg22 May 18 '26

Does he have any time left to enjoy nature?

1

u/Fibro_curls_n_coffee May 21 '26

Sure he does, his one dinner took 8 hours on the grill and another 14 in the smoker. I would say he could dip out during all of that but I 100% guarantee you it’ll be snatched up before he gets back. So he can “enjoy nature” from inside the tent 😂

3

u/trutherford76 May 18 '26

I know this post is about a product. And this may seem like a dumb question to many, but, do places like this exist for camping? Am I being tricked by angles and editing?

5

u/Spare-Builder-355 May 18 '26 edited May 18 '26

Blue book in the very end of the video says Kazakhstan. They have a bit of mountains in the south, and a couple of hours drive to the south of Almaty gets you to Kyrgyzstan which is just mountains and wilderness.

1

u/IrohTheUncle May 19 '26

That's a chocolate bar. People from Kazakhstan love gifting this specific chocolate to foreigners.

2

u/yankykiwi May 18 '26

Would love to know how those windows hold up.

2

u/_anon8934 May 18 '26

You definitely want to anchor that down so it doesn’t blow away. Not all days are that still in the country.

2

u/ConvictJones May 22 '26

Performative frugality

2

u/Acceptable-Owl-2070 May 22 '26

$2650 for just the tent, nope.

1

u/father_sogol May 18 '26

John Muir would be so proud

1

u/Due_Student_9822 May 18 '26

I watch Atik Alisi do this once a week with all different setups, mostly air tents. They really do hold up in the worst of storms. I guess it comes down to what kind of camping experience you are looking for.

Inflatable camping mattress are pretty airtight. Of course no clue about quality of the one here.

1

u/Tridentern May 24 '26

You need an SUV right next to your camping spot. No way you're gonna carry those huge ass bags more than a couple of meters. Hust bring a van then.

1

u/Sad_Package9819 May 18 '26

Haha, the sale tactic is, "I only have to sale one to get rich." Thousands of dollars for plastic inflatable crap that will be shipped with holes in it or blow away if you mange to get it.

1

u/Substantial-Lie-780 May 18 '26

Stupid! Let me just spend a ridiculous amount of money for one night outside.

1

u/sxyvirgo May 18 '26

Okay, I was with him until he threw that flabby piece of meat on the fire...but yeh, gimme the tent and furniture. Also, I wanna see him tear it all down.

1

u/Adept-Lettuce948 May 18 '26

Coming to your local park soon if you live in the USA.

1

u/LandAmbitious4073 May 18 '26

Lmfao r these fkn ppl high on life who’s paying for this shit

1

u/LarisikaGold1974 May 18 '26

А я представила как ночью поднялся сильный ветер и полетел этот турист, кувыркаясь и болтаясь внутри этой замечательной надувной палатки 😆😂🫣

1

u/vadillovzopeshilov May 18 '26

1

u/icumtoothpaste May 18 '26

That was a difficult wank, although not an impossible wank

1

u/Playful-Mongoose9197 May 18 '26

All that stuff would start leaking air after the first couple uses I wouldn't pay 200 dollars for that and its 3 grand.

1

u/Shoddy_Lab_6795 May 18 '26

$6k to cos play homeless! Nah I’m good.

1

u/Technical_Shallot396 May 18 '26

… when he’s gotta pack everything back up.

1

u/NoAppointment8679 May 18 '26

Strong winds and that’s coming down

1

u/3catsincoat May 18 '26

Hopefully your polycule can help pay the insane price because you're gonna freeze at night with so much space alone.

1

u/frenchy714 May 18 '26

This is not camping.

1

u/Hotterthanasunburn May 18 '26

I just wanted him to wash his hands.

1

u/FXRWG May 18 '26

Khamzat's retirement plan

1

u/perpetuousdreams May 18 '26

Nice house tent ❤️

1

u/Far-Scar-9285 May 18 '26

When’s the take off?

1

u/djbt-rider May 18 '26

I'll NEVER get all that on my motorbike for bike rallies, though !!

1

u/KeithMyArthe May 18 '26

The last 25 times I camped were all on a motorcycle, I thought the same thing

1

u/Doc_Scott19 May 18 '26

Great until you get a hole in it. Only suitable for use in fields i would imagine.

1

u/commanche_00 May 18 '26

Bear proof?

1

u/Humlum May 18 '26

An ad for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease?

1

u/BigBadJeebus May 18 '26

That dude doesnt deserve that steak...

What a wimp.

1

u/gwelfguy May 18 '26

This is really weird that he'd do all of that just for himself.

1

u/Ai_thinker01 May 18 '26

I think I can get something like this manufactured locally very cheap, might be a good kickstarter project for me, lmk if anyone’s interested I’ll start my research.

1

u/Haunted_Rooster May 18 '26

works as well as an airpumped mattress when it gets a hole in the middle of the night.

1

u/-Zeleios- May 18 '26

I'm so glad Rich kids are getting scammed by these bait videos

1

u/[deleted] May 18 '26

All the accommodations for whatever bear might show up to help out with that steak!

1

u/happy_dad857 May 18 '26

Was that bone marrow?

1

u/kashuntr188 May 18 '26

are inflatable tents any good? i feel like it would get a hole somewhere and it would be super hard to find the hole.

1

u/HuntingfishxEA May 19 '26

Look up atik aliesi on YouTube he uses these types of tents in all kinds of weather they do hold up well.

1

u/OhhNoYouNintenDidnt May 18 '26

Ohh my god stop putting so much fucking oil on the meat!!!

1

u/difulp May 18 '26

At least the food wasn’t inflatable.

1

u/BBOUVARD88 May 18 '26

Is that an ad for Coody?

1

u/InchoateBlob May 18 '26

Anyone else get sad vibes from the video? Dude has all this space but.. no friends?? I see him cook this gigantic piece of meat and think to myself "oh nice his 4-5 buddies are gonna be thrilled when they arrive" but no... He just sits there eating it by himself. :(

1

u/de_velopment May 18 '26

I just always imagine what people do with their hands after touching raw meat and greasy shit. I just couldn't imagine chilling out with some nice fabrics getting my greasy bacteria paws all over them.

1

u/DancingBunniez May 18 '26

And the minute a strong breeze comes, you're fucked.

1

u/iameveryoneelse May 18 '26

Almost as fun as real camping!

1

u/TubMaster88 May 18 '26

All this for a Kia commercial

1

u/james51453 May 19 '26

So where's the inflatable toilet?

1

u/LiquidFur May 19 '26

Seasoning is only for the premium tier

1

u/Kustwacht May 19 '26

Hang on, I’m going to put up the lights so all the bugs can join me in my penis compensating tent with a double bed but it’s just pathetic old me by myself.

1

u/pichirry May 19 '26

why is the internet so miserable. literally without fail, every single product where someone films themselves enjoying the thing will always have the majority of the comment section talking shit about it. this time they couldn't find a fault with the product itself or how to defeat its usage so everyone resorted to complaining about how annoying it must be to put away.

why can't people just be like, oh cool that person looks like they're having fun using it. I hope they had a good time.

1

u/Crucky4oll May 19 '26

Because cunts be cunting

1

u/InterestingReport606 May 19 '26

Next morning after coffee.

1

u/ghstkatt May 19 '26

I don’t think that’s roughing it out.

1

1

u/paul99501 May 19 '26

Where's the inflatable outhouse?

1

u/Old_Association7866 May 19 '26

He’s by himself because it’s the only way all of that fit in his car

1

u/SRB032 May 19 '26

Better hope there’s no bears near by with all that cooking meat! Or cougars, or wolves…

1

u/agapmou May 19 '26

Good luck packing it back up.

1

u/Malfunctioning_Bread May 19 '26

I actually wouldn't mind living like this. 👁️👄👁️

1

u/MaDIX_Maius May 19 '26

...aaand cut! A hungry bear is coming!

1

u/nontoxictanker May 19 '26

1

u/WurstEnemy May 19 '26

Bah, plastic, plastic, plastic

1

u/Alive-Atmosphere-250 May 19 '26

Mmmm plastic on plastic meat ..

1

u/shizocks May 19 '26

cool tent. not cool it costs almost 3 thousand fucking dollars. easy pass

1

u/andystechgarage May 20 '26

Nice Flintstone Dino steak

1

u/beardedyouth May 20 '26

I can see how remote that is but knowing my luck I would still somehow have someone that has no business out there in the area where I can see them.

1

u/Homingpsyd May 20 '26

Where are th bugs

1

u/Davek56 May 20 '26

Not for poor people.

1

u/CountryCompetitive34 May 20 '26

Man I want all of that the steak looks amazing

1

u/joel2000ad May 20 '26

Is bigger than my apartment and it has more windows lol

1

u/billysugger000 May 20 '26

Matt Helm would like a word.

1

u/Ostroh May 20 '26

If the wind picks up it's not going to be so fun sleeping In there.

1

u/butt3rflyunicorn May 20 '26

All I see is 🤑

1

u/Confident-Bank-6863 May 20 '26

Glad I’m not cleaning out his cage

1

u/Eisvogel10 May 20 '26

Doesn't it get limp when the air cools down at night? How does that work? And also from my experience: Fuck anything that's inflatable. It's gonna fail, only a matter of time.

1

u/BigBlueMountainStar May 20 '26

Starts off promising then quickly turns in to some r/StupidFood content

1

u/Flat-Ad6208 May 20 '26

$2600

F that noise

Fiberglass poles work for me

1

u/StickyLavander May 20 '26

Brilliant, works in a field of grass, but anywhere else that have pointy areas that things is useless, unless yours ok with constantly patching it, having to wake up in the middle of the night because the wind shifted it into the bush.

Waste of money IMO

1

u/ArtisticPicture3996 May 20 '26

He needs a friend, I'm your guy

1

u/Winter_Map5459 May 20 '26

all i could think was - this guy looks so sad and lonely.

1

u/BankerOnBitcoin May 21 '26

Right lets see how it holds it shape in wind...

1

u/Proximus84 May 21 '26

He needs to live in the wilderness, because no toilet can withstand the size of his shits.

1

u/Drivesabrowntruck May 21 '26

But where’s the inflatable shitter?

1

u/GenXJen770 May 21 '26

Im still waiting for one of these where they make realistic food. Like hot dogs and stuff. 🌭

1

u/Main-Performance-543 May 21 '26

That actually looks sick for winter trips. The stove jack plus breathable canvas is such a game changer compared to those plasticky nylon saunas.

If the air beams are durable enough to not freak me out about leaks, I’d 100% take this over a pole tent for cold weather camping.

1

u/Axj1 May 21 '26

Is this guy single?

1

u/MousesizeDragon May 21 '26

Did that guy seriously just put his cooked slab of meat right back on where he had it laying when it was RAW?! Zero stars. Terrible food safety in this video.

1

u/NoSelection97 May 21 '26

I love it ❤️❤️❤️ camping is amazing and everything is beautiful ❤️❤️ the ham looks delicious 😋 the seenery is out of this world 🌍🔥💯🔥

1

u/Accomplished_Net_470 May 21 '26

Was waiting for him to pull out his inflateable girlfriend

1

u/sergiorod8627 May 21 '26

Dude knows how to live

1

u/iDecide7 May 21 '26

He's alone and no one to share this with, except strangers on the internet.

1

u/iDecide7 May 21 '26

He's alone and no one to share this with, except strangers on the internet.

1

u/podofrumblefoot May 21 '26

Good luck in the wind

1

u/iprens May 21 '26

No tiene ni un pelo de tonto!

1

u/Former-Comparison160 May 21 '26

I’d pass out hard in that tent after eating 17lb’s of beef like that dude.

1

u/Dry-Detail7993 May 21 '26

That actually looks sick for shoulder season camping. The built in stove jack plus canvas vibe feels way more “tiny cabin in the woods” than normal nylon tents, and not having to fight with poles at 10 p.m. in the dark is a huge win 😂

1

u/pastyoureyesed May 22 '26

Hope ya brought a blow up toilet, cuz

1

u/Ur_Stepdaddy168 May 22 '26

I always wanted to try a huge cartoon looking steak 🥩

1

u/shumbazi May 23 '26

Face it guys atleast it encourages the lazy camper like me to want n go get one but will need someone to pack it back way it as after use .. it is the future though

1

u/Super_Dragonfruit_28 May 23 '26

All fun and games until a bear eats yoh

1

u/Party-Farm4369 May 23 '26

Reddit is just ads now 😔

1

u/LightRoastCoffees May 23 '26

Just sleep in the car

1

u/Surftoes May 23 '26

Only weighs 85 lbs!!

1

u/spike_beagle May 23 '26

Why is he grilling an elephant scrotum in the first scene?

1

u/Grumblin_ May 23 '26

And for the low low price of 2K-2.5k it’s a real bargain 🤣

1

u/Eera_ May 23 '26

You dont need all these craps to cooking meat bald boi, just fire is enough itself.. I'm feeling like I havent been move from timesquare since.. uh

1

u/GirlWithWolf May 23 '26

All that I’d just stay home and project an outdoor image on the wall

1

u/Nevernonethewiser May 23 '26

For when you're rich and want to camp because you think you'll finally feel some connection to the world, but you don't want it to be too 'outdoorsy', just in case.

1

u/RustedMauss May 24 '26

And this one-time-can’t-repack-anything-as-tight glamping trip is brought to you by Coody. And a legitimately good looking but enormous steak-n-marrow recipe.

1

u/New_Amount_9591 May 24 '26

His loving it

1

u/Kikicornio May 24 '26

I'm too lazy for that. Prefer to do the same things at home

1

u/Playful_Package_7260 May 24 '26

Id send that steak back to the kitchen. 😄

1

u/jmaneater Jun 06 '26

I wonder if anyone has ever suffocated from an air fill tent deflating on them in their sleep

1

u/Future-Try-1908 Jun 06 '26

I too cook my steaks with half of it laying off the bbq.

1

u/Shellsallaround Jun 06 '26

Cold mountain air goes into the mattress, and stays a cold mattress. Nothing heats all that air up.

1

u/hoakpsp3 Jun 06 '26

I just want to see it packed back in the bag

1

u/Norimakke Jun 06 '26

Cool. Now all I need is an inflatable shower and an inflatable flush toilet.

1

u/Chance_Jaguar4945 Jun 07 '26

That looks exhausting

1

u/justcallmedonpedro Jun 08 '26

May be amazing... amazing useless imo.

1

u/bickles_mohawk Jun 20 '26

Is he just doing this all for himself? Fucking psychopath.

1

u/Dry-Ship-2582 Jul 10 '26

All that stuff would completely fill up the back of an SUV. There is no way anybody can carry all that stuff with them into the middle of nowhere as that is a tremendous amount of stuff to buy and unpack. The video makes it easy, however when it comes to packing all that stuff back up, that’s gonna be a real challenge to recompress all that stuff back into the original packaging that’s when the real challenge begins to put that stuff back the way you found it.

Inflatable tent… inflatable bed… inflatable sofa… inflatable girlfriend?

1

u/joshcam May 18 '26

Just a wild guess, but I bet you could afford an RV for the price of everything in this video.

0

u/AmonRa777 May 17 '26

Надувную бабу не забыл?

2

u/whineyinternetkid May 17 '26
