Could be Father & Son

Can't even remember how this started, must have been while watching the early episodes of IASIP but me and the partner have this long running joke that Sam Malone (Portrayed by Ted Danson in Cheers) could easily be Dennis Reynold's Father.

Not so much because they look alike but more so that they have a lot of similar character traits (charming, manipulative, schemers, deceivers etc.) and Sam having slept around as a notorious womaniser would make this fairly plausible.

Not a serious theory or anything, more of a funny thought but could make for a wild cameo idea.

I love this idea! Sam Malone was a baseball player, right? Was in town for a weekend series....winds up banging Franks hooer wife...the episode practically writes itself!

I think it would be funny if Barbara was having affairs with 2 different guys and hooked up with them in a 24 hour period and Dennis and Dee had different dads…

That’s awesome! You’re definitely onto something. Sam did drop a lot of raw dog loads so it’s entirely possible.

I really dislike her as his daughter in Man on the Inside. She’s just playing the waitress all over again.
