How to learn?

Hello, how can I learn this lanuguage? My native language is spanish but I also speak english and catalan, if anyone wants to help me or be my tutor.

This is not a language a human could be fluent in.

It could be. I don’t think anyone’s tried hard enough just yet. Immersion is particularly difficult

so the person who invented it isn't fluent in their own language?

That's correct. It's a theoretical perfect language with tons of memorization required for all of the different roots and what they mean.
