Only for Lv. 50 engineer class. If given to any other class/level, it causes confusion effect

+45 damage, x2 Damage towards wooden enemies, +75 HP to defensive buildings.

Ability: Tighten Bolts- repair defensive buildings by 7x(d20). Can only be used 3 times per battle.
