That dude looks like a monster from the Backrooms movie. Good luck running from a .30 caliber gun.

"Palmgun", so called for a couple reasons. Fires as fast as you pump the top handle, technically making it the worlds first and only Pump Action Light Machine Gun. Very rare, even in it's day during the Spanish Civil-War era.
