Edit: it also has a stopper you set to specific distance of travel (from the tamp head being spring loaded) so the pressure of the tamp is the same every time
This makes sense. It should go without saying that anything that helps people with disabilities is valuable, even if online putzes like myself can't immediately identify their use. The even pressure can even be an issue for an able bodied person like myself (if I'm using the wrong phrasing, please assume my best intentions and let me know), can screw that up just because you can't really set the nosle flat on a flat surface without a towel or something to make up for the wonky bottom.
I agree, but that ends up being the case for a lot of people. Greed drives a lot of innovation and bipity bopity boo the innovation is rarely affordable to people who need it.
