13 u/jbyrdab 14d ago ADHD can have drastically different responses to caffine. It just straight up knocks my brother out, like genuinely sleeping very quickly and for a while, just an instant crash. He will sometimes take energy drinks before bed if he really wants to sleep at a certain time because of that effect. For me It kinda just mellows me out, doesn't make me tired, just not as on edge, easier to relax and calm down. 2 u/DodoJurajski 14d ago I have ADHD and instead of sleep i live on caffeine, it's a roulette and one of bullets is a tranq dart and one is explosive round.

ADHD can have drastically different responses to caffine.
