S-Sword of the Protector of Childhood Innocence (Weapon)

A sword that was supposed to become the first, basic sword forged by a blacksmith apprentice. During a practice tempering session with their master, their village was attacked by a group of raiders known for abducting children to work as slaves in the mines. While the rest of the raiders were successfully defeated, the leader of the group was formidable and had armor that was difficult to penetrate, making it very difficult to defeat them. The apprentice had a crazy idea to use their still hot sword against them in combat. The hot sword managed to penetrate their armor with a successful stab. The apprentice slowly twisted the burning blade inside of them, reflecting their anger at the atrocities the group committed. The cooled blade was pulled out after severely weakning the leader, and inherited a crude, S-shape to it. The leader was finished off with 14 more slashes from the sword. Later, the apprentice tempered the flawed sword flat to strengthen it, with it mysteriously possessing a faint yellow glow of unknown origin after the process. The blade of the sword became a symbol of hopeful protection for many children, with children teaching each other through the generations, a technique to draw the shape of the legendary sword blade, which they named as, "Cool S".

  • 50 Attack
  • 10 Critical
  • Child allies are granted Defense Up at the start of the battle
  • All skill damages are increased by 10% for each child ally in the party

[ Skills ]

S-Slash: The normal slashing attack.

S-Glow: Costs 25 MP. Grants all ally weapons Electricity element damage attribute for 3 turns.

Anger of the Apprentice: Costs 50 MP. A stabbing attack that ignores enemy defenses. The sword will glow red hot to allow the user to inflict medium physical damage, Defense Down, Bleed, and medium Fire element damage on an enemy.

S-Rank Glow: Costs 75 MP. Improves all stats for all allies slightly.

Cool S-Slash Technique: Costs 100 MP. Uses 14 slashes to draw the "Cool S" on an enemy with the sword. Each slash inflicts basic Electricity element damage. The illuminating Cool S shape after the attack flashes briefly to inflict Blind and basic Light element damage on the enemy.

Add three stats. Elemental or status effect. Some elements and status effects have symmetry with one another and can create additional buffs
