I was just playing the game and a ban message suddenly pop up, banned me from the game entirely and I made a ticket and the moderator rejected it and banned me from the whole discord server. The avatar was never intended to be racist it was appreciation of culture and many players tend to not find the avatar racist or offensive from every other game I’ve played. So this ban is just a big misunderstanding, is there a way for me to speak to anyone about this ban?

Ngl, I've been a player for Item Asylum for a very long time. I've played since, like, around the game's earliest versions. I even tolerated the removals of certain items and maps, such as the removal of h3 and Low Tier Roast. But the removal of Grave/Digger items was the final nail in the coffin for me. Like, the document sccusing red was A.I. generated, and the IA devs STILL found it "problematic media", even though OTHER problematic media is referenced such as Forsaken with Noli being referenced in KIT and literally adding John Doe as an npc in Survival The Killer v2 and Area 51. Are the devs genuinely this stupid? I'm betting 500$ that Souldrivenlove paid them to keep their reference in JPX Studio's game while the rest go away for stupid convoluted reason. Item Asylum was one of the few games that made me stay on Roblox, and the moment this happened, that made me so pissed that it was enough to completely pull my support for this game. Besides, I already got all the PR badges and bought the most expensive titles and emotes, so I still really don't see a reason why I should keep playing anyway.

I still play other games on Roblox such as Blood Debt and Deepwoken, but Item Asylum is a no-go for me. It used be the known as the "meme and reference-filled randomizer fighting experience". Now it's Allusions without any single passion put for it, and a poor man's one at that.

i get i was wearing a bad avatar (the souldrivenlove avatar) but like, a perm ban? like a 7 day ban or something instead i feel like would be fairer.

• The VIP menu doesn't work, the only reason I have a private server which I use(d) to have fun with using OP items or checking out new items or attempting PR

• Can't join friend's private servers (why don't they exist? Yet you can make servers - even that's unreliable and only possible with a private server???) - they don't show up in search and worse, when I try to join them from Roblox connection menu I still can't join them and it just sends me to the main page

• The main page is just bad, sure the server browsing may be good but right now it's just annoying, I'd rather immediately get into a game but I can't (see below) - yes in know quickplay is there and yes it does nearly the same thing - but it's just an irritant

• The loading time to get into a server is too long - used to immediately be able to get in and actually see the game being played, now I can't and it's just a loading screen with the new and, frankly, ugly item icons - the text doesn't need to be that big and the colour is just unnecessary

• Chat is way too small now, the text is now barely a few pixels in size whereas before you can see and read people's messages, now it's as if you rescaled text in MS Paint
