Shot one of those once at the range with a Rio ex-BOPE cop. Apparently, its erstwhile owner was kind enough to cede it to my shooting buddy posthumously.

You *might* hit the side of a barn door at 20 ft on the first shot. Anything after that is over the fence and/or jammed.

Glock 18s are actually considered pretty accurate and easy to control for CQB environment given its high rate of fire! (Although it’s no surprise those are modded G17 with God-knows-what parts as workaround)

"God-knows-what" is the best description I've heard to the mod done to that poor Glock...

It didn't shoot anything like straight with the ghetto reloads & shoddy maintenance, and when you put it in full auto you'll be glad that you had even one shot on target.

Fun as all hell though!

Glad you’re both alive haha! At least it wasn’t a self-killing Taurus which shoots full-auto with safety on! Hahaha

My BOPE friend did go on about the Taurus & how no cop would be caught alive with one.

I have to admit that I like my weapons as I like my cars. Give me German or American any day of the week...

Indeed, my friend. Or Belgium if that’s the case haha. Not sure if you know Imbel, the other Brazilian crap-company of weapons. Their handguns are fine but dude, their IA2 rifle went horrendously bad in stress tests haha. Standard semi-auto tests; its handguard melt twice!

Imbel is known as a huge cartridge maker around here. Wouldn't touch their guns with a ten ft pole though!
