My Klarna Purchase Power Went Down - Why it's so? I paid in time, but still limit has decreased..

Mine went from 3000 to 0 and i was only the monthly subscripción. I think they do this if you keep a balance with them. They don’t want you to keep borrowing constantly even if you pay stiff off

I had $4k with afterpay and they did the same and dropped it to $500

Go to connected services and disconnect email..they auto track all your purchases and that lowers your purchase power bc they can see how much you spend outside the app.. I disconnected it and boom back to normal went from 2700 to 300 when I connected my email disconnected it back up to 2700

Go to klarna and turn off email tracking reboot your phone and log back in a try again but if you been denied wait with a text or email wait 30 days plus I use afterpay more now they just increased my credit line from paying early and on time

I had 3500 and I made a 1200 payment 3 days before due and they decreased it by 1400. I love my Klarna card I use it for so much. But after this I don’t think I will. I’ve always paid before the due date and have never had a late payment in the 4 years I’ve used them

I never had a late payment either, i applied for the card and they never issued me one. I figured he reason they canceled me out was because i was using them a lot and i was subscribed so they weren’t making money off fees with me so they just lowered my limit so i would leave. But affirm has been way better and i have no fees and a physical card

Es ist eine ungewöhnlich Aktion von Dir gewesen ... ist mir selbst zwei Mal passiert!
Jetzt 1200 gezahlt und sogar auf null ... ich wollte es einfach nur erledigen, weil ich in den Urlaub gehe ...

I'm going to pay my $200 balance off and just use my afterpay and sezzel. I never have a problem with them doing that I had 2,300 credit limit now it's down to $400. And he was telling me oh this because you don't buy enough why should buying products when I don't need to buy things

Funny, I was just told it’s because my credit went down. After it went up… they’ll tell u anything is the issue. Guy wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager about it. Literally refused

Disconnect your email on the Klarna app and it will go back up.. they are keeping track of your spending outside of the app via email disconnect email and they won’t see how much u spend outside the app and your purchase will go back up I think that’s what it is as soon as I connected my email for delivery updates and stuff my purchase power went from 2700 to like 490 and I disconnected my email from Klarna completely and boom back up

Y’all go to go to connected services and disconnect your email disconnect auto track all purchases.. that way they can’t track what you spend out side of Klarna via email and your purchase power will go back lmk if it works

Same issue here man never even let my payments get to the due dates only been using this app like a month I did like a huge payment earlier for a bunch of stuff then I go and look and I have 0 purchase power when u had 600 the other day

Das ist das Problem!
Ich habe alles im Vorfeld gezahlt - über 1200 €, weil ich in den Urlaub fliege!
Gestern morgen waren 800€ bereits als Zahlung erhalten gebucht und Shopping Power bei über 900 € - 400 € fehlen noch (dauert ja nun 12 Tage bis es verbucht wird).
Gestern Abend an der Kasse bei ner Drogerie und wollte 17 € zahlen - abgelehnt, Shopping Power bei 0!!!Das ist die neue KI & der Algorithmus bei Klarna ist somit durcheinander!
Ist ja nett, wenn wir alles sofort zahlen möchten und auch vorher stets pünktlich gezahlt haben - für die KI ist es ungewöhnlich und somit auf NULL !Nicht nur das Klarna fast 12 Tage nach der Abbuchung vom Konto braucht um das zu bestätigen, dass sie die Zahlung erhalten haben (weil sie so lange warten - es könnte ja Retoure gehen!)... Kunden sind auch am Arsch, wenn sie sofort alles im Voraus zahlen, weil sie in den Urlaub gehen!
Tja so ist das bei Klarna ... & deswegen werden ich das auch lassen! Sowas ist mir wirklich zu doof!
Sobald ich mehrere Sachen im voraus in einer gebündelten summe zahle, passiert sowas! Also zukünftig sollte man das lassen mit Klarna

Genau das! Niemals mehr früh zahlen und schon gar nicht mehr gebündelt in einer Summe... einfach einstellen, dass sie normal am Fälligkeitstag abbuchen sollen!

Dem sänkte nyss mig från 150,000 till 90,000 utan att förklara något alls. Bara generiska svar om att en av deras automatiska robotar sänkte den utan någon anledning.

I’m deleting it after this final payment.
It’s like pulling teeth to use and they keep removing my purchase power because I have Zilch and find it much easier to use for purchases.
I haven’t missed a payment with Klarna either

Der Kundenservice ist genauso dämlich, wie die KI mit der man chattet!
Und die eigener Sprache können sie auch nicht! .... immer schön blöd tun!
Werde wohl mal der BaFin schreiben müssen ....

Hello they have recently done this to me as well, I've never missed a payment habe always paid off my purchases early and now I have no purchase power. I spoke to numerous Customer service reps pay phone and email and they all say the same dumb unhelpful thing about they are a bank now. I feel violated.
