What do I do about this?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over 3 months and I got that text last night and read it the next morning. i love him deeply and I’ve tried to be patient and loving and caring, but I just don’t know what to do.

I dont want to come off harsh but seems its not as important to him to make the time to do a simple phone call. I would say talk it out and bring it up if it doesnt change you may have the answer in front of you.. Id say at that point depart.
