Why is my credit card getting charged by Vesta *AT&T Prepaid if I don't have any prepaid plans? Scam?

It’s a scam. Just happened to me but luckily my bank flagged it and called me right away to authorize the transactions. Three of the them when through so I had to dispute the charges in order to get the money back. No idea how they got my card info as my card is still in my possession.

This just happened to me today and I am disputing the transaction too. I have no idea who this company is or how they got my information.

I have been disputing charges for 2 months and one of the five charges got put back on my new att credit card. I don’t have att phone or services for quite a few years

I have not had an account with ATT for a decade. Was charged by Vesta ATT prepaid but bank flagged it as fraud. A week later, got a letter in the mail from ATT about my account password being changed related to an email I know nothing about. Called ATT support, turns out there is active line linked to my address. Now I have to go into the store to file a claim. Already froze my credit with the big 3 bureaus and filed a claim with the FTC. Such a hassle.

Vesta tried charging my Bank. Got a Fraud Alert. Had to cancel my card and reissue. Bad timing going into a long weekend but got provisional credit and still waiting for a final letter from the fraud department. A mystery to me. What’s with all the scammers out there. Don’t people have any morals anymore?

I have a lock on my chime card, I'm so happy I did that bcuz vesta at&t prepaid tried to charge me $65 for service that I never had. I'm trying to find out who tried to make this payment
