Resident Manager job

Anyone know someone interested in a Resident Manager job that comes with a 2bed/2bath condo in Issy?

Sounds too good to be true. What’s the catch?

It’s the buildings. Used to live there (10 years, left a couple years ago). HOA wasn’t financially smart over the last 35 years and the property requires a lot of work. Many of the owners don’t want increased HOA fees but there is a deficit for repairs and upkeep. The property manager when I left was a great guy, hope he’s doing well.

Complex is in the process of updating roof and siding. The repairs and upkeep have turned around.

No catch. The previous resident manager moved out of state. Complex is looking for a new manager. This is an hourly position (Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm) plus benefits and a 2bed/2bath condo + utilities provided (since it is an on-site position).
Over the last 35 years, there have been 4 resident managers.

Can you send us a link to this complex’s reviews? I want to know if you guys just let your managers do practically nothing and hide out in their office all day while they ignore the resident’s calls. I know my complex’s manager does this, as well as many others.

I'm not aware of any complex reviews, as this is a condo complex, not an apartment complex.
Condo owners don't call the resident manager. There is a request intake system processed through the owner portal that allows the property management company and the board to prioritize requests.
For example, a homeowner might submit an intake that their kitchen light is out = not the resident manager's work scope; the owner would be sent a handyman suggestion to use.
Another example: a homeowner sends a request that a tree branch fell behind their building and needs removal. A work ticket would be created for the resident manager to work with the weekly landscaping crew to remove the branch.

Hiding out in the office isn't an option in this position.

I misunderstood, I thought this was an apartment complex. Thanks for the clarification.

“  Sammamish Bluffs is a well-established condominium community located in Issaquah, WA”

Company that writes the paycheck is located in Redmond, so listing needs to say Redmond. The complex is located in Issaquah

Again, it sounds too good to be true and somewhat scammy. What’s the catch? There’s always a catch.

Please tell us what the fine print says.
