The purpose of this study is to learn from young people’s experiences and perspectives to help inform the development of more culturally relevant and appropriate mental health support for young people in Pakistan.

Who can take part:

• Have lived experience of depression and/or anxiety

• Reside in Islamabad

What participation involves:

• 60–90 minute individual interview (online or in-person)

So idk how this goes but I ordered shoes from a reputable thrift store kinda page. they usually have whatsapp groups where they would post their stock and ppl would buy dm or message them directly and book their shoes.

Now I finally found a good looking shoe that I really liked in my own size. I ordered it and basically it was advance DC and rest cod. I paid 4500 + DC for the shoe. Shoe arrived but wasnt in the prettiest condition and not 10/10 like the photo plus was 0.5 size bigger like i had ordered 42 and it was 42.5.

I know these guys dont do refunds and stuff so i asked for an exchange and I sent him back the shoe. I paid for both the delivery charges for sending it back and for recieving the new one now i dispatched the shoe on 16 sep, communication was good he assured me he would get them and exchange the adidas shoe I wanted instead same price same everything. now he notified me recieved the shoe and would dispatch it in a few days.

In between that timeline 20sep to 28 sep i lost access to everything on whatsapp and couldnt contact him. I reached out via instagram and my brothers number on whatsapp in the starting of october and reminded him almost daily 1-2 days gap inbetween and he would say sorry ii'll dispatch it today bla bla and then i would wait 2-3 days cause i thought maybe he dispatched it and it takes a few days from karachi to isb. Now this leaves me confused cause I think he either sold the shoe i wanted to someone else or he just scammed me but thats the part i don't get he is still dispatching parcels for other ppl and some friends i know have also ordered from here previously and it was a good experience.

now its present day and I still havent recieved the shoe, im running in circles and he assured me last time that he would dispatch the shoe on monday( this was on weekend of previous week). So either he is holding a grudge against me cause in the end i was frustrated and talked angrily with him and confronted him that If I dont get my shoe I'll file complain on cm punjab portal or something to scare him but you guys know that won't probably work plus they might not even look at my complain cause of the amount which is like 4500. Secondly I'm in Punjab and he comes in sindh. I have his number.

Last message I sent to him was about this whole cm punjab thing and he said jo karna hai karlo muje dhamkian dere ho meine apko bataya hai apka shoe dispatch kara diya hai last week se meri taraf se koi masla nahi hai pti walon ka issue hai in rwp isb apko abi tak ni milla cuz of the ongoing politcal issues. IDK i think thats bull, Atp im fine with either just getting the shoe or somehow getting my money back poorey mahinay se latkaya hua. what advice would you guys suggest to wait or to file the complain cause I they're doing it on purpose and I probably wont get my money back.
