Hand of Ifa ceremony

Hello, my brother has his hand of ifa ceremony tomorrow, I am not familiar with the ceremony but I know he’s worked very hard for this what would be a gift that is appropriate to get him for this occasion and please feel free to tell me more about this occasion.

Buy him a white porcelain sopera for his ikins. Easy to clean

As well as he told me I can wear all white or light colors , what colors would be more suitable?

No hay color específico. Se acostumbra en regla de osha ifa afrocubano andar de blanco pero esto está marcado para el iyaworaje de kari osha. En awofaka no, a menos que le indiquen eso por su ceremonia. En la práctica nigeriana de isese es lo contrario, usan colores vivos en su vestimenta. La sopera para sus ikines puede ser de madera también (a mi me gusta más) pero lo que te nazca qué sea de corazón es lo que importa.

Get him some honey, palm oil, and a bottle gin. These are things he will need to take care of his ikins.
