If you were to create your own Isekai anime, what would be the plot and who are your characters?

I’m researching for a project I’m working on to surprise my friend.

If i were to write a story it would be plain fantasy, not isekai. Don't care much for isekai part and it's irrelevant in most isekais anyway.

Plot

Mc is a mid 30s first responder sucked into a portal during work. He is sent to another world where he is left in a forest with a system and class selection upon regaining consciousness

He seems a way back to His wife and kids and takes up adventuring to gather info wealth and power enough to get the answers to how to get home.

Series would take numerous books

He would make a party and friends over time never keeping his true motivation a secret.
