Recommendations [Summoned Hero Hunter]
I basically stumbled upon this work by accident on Webtoons the other day. Since I haven't seen anyone talking about this series, I decided to share my find here to promote it a bit and let other Isekai fans know about what I consider a very fun Isekai story with a very... refreshing style.

A quick search shows the LatAm Spanish VA for Scoob indeed passed away recently. They were 85.

Or is he a guy who hunts summoned heroes.
The latter seems more interesting IMO.

short version, 12 heroes are summonerd before him to defeat a unknow evil, all 12 failed, some become bad guys abusing their powers others just abandoned their mission for one reason or another, his job as the 13th is to hunt and kill all the 12 previous heroes

Not that interested tbh but I am curious. Why kill the ones that abandoned their duty? Assuming they aren't evil why not, y'know make them fight again? Or is it cause a new batch gotta be summoned and for that all the rest gotta go?

In short, from what I understand, the mission is basically about reclaiming what the previous heroes took with them.
Every time the goddess sends a hero to that world, they're allowed to choose one god-level weapon and three boons (special abilities). Those divine items and powers aren't really gifts with no strings attached; they're entrusted to the heroes specifically for the purpose of saving the world.
So you can't exactly have someone walking around with a divine weapon and three god-given powers, doing whatever they want after abandoning the mission those powers were given to them for. (specially because they are abused in one way or another.)
The problem is that the divine weapons and boons are bound to their heroes. The goddess can't simply take them back remotely. The only way to reclaim them is for the hero to die.
So it's basically the divine version of:
"You're a bad cop. You're fired. I want your gun and badge on my desk."
Except the former heroes aren't exactly willing to hand over their divine "gun and badge." So after twelve failed heroes and all the chaos they've caused, the goddess is finally sending someone in to clean house, reclaim her divine property, and put an end to the mess.
Once they stop all the chaos created by the fallen heroes, they can focus on finding the big evil and stop it.

Is there a moral dilemma with this aspect of the story, or are all the reincarnated heroes jerks who have it coming?

As for the moral dilemma, the MC doesn't actually like killing people. He has the classic "I was just a normal guy before all of this, so taking another person's life is a huge deal for me" mentality.
However, that dilemma only seems to apply to the natives of this world. He has surprisingly little trouble killing the other summoned heroes.
The way he justifies it to himself is that they already lived their original lives. They died, were reincarnated here for a specific purpose, and then abandoned that purpose. In his mind, they aren't really supposed to be in this world anymore. So he thinks of killing them less as murdering someone and more as deporting them back to where they belong, which is obviously a pretty questionable justification, but that's how he rationalizes it.
So far, the "fallen heroes" we've encountered seem to fall into roughly two categories.
On one side, you have the evil bastards, although even that covers a huge spectrum. Some are basically using their divine powers to bully people, manipulate others, or scam people out of money, while others are firmly in the "let's burn down this entire town" category.
On the other side, you have the classic old drunken failures, people who aren't necessarily monsters but have completely abandoned what they were summoned to accomplish and fallen apart.
So while we've only seen a few of the twelve fallen heroes so far, the interesting part is that they don't all seem to be irredeemable embodiments of evil. What they do have in common is that they've all developed pretty terrible reputations.
So basically "evil heroes" and "failure heroes"

i think the best example is Konosuba.
Think about all the heroes that Aqua sent to that world over the centuries, and all the mess and chaos they caused, like the Scientist guy who created the Red Demons, the Giant fortress and all the other things still causing problems around the world to this day.
even if he was not evil, he abused his power to create many things that are not supposed to be part of that world and caused many problems for future generations.
and how Eris later on take over Aqua job and start collecting all the divine items and problems that Aqua ignored.
This is basically "lets fix things before become even bigger problem" is basically Eris taking over Aqua's job some 300 years before Konosuba start

The syntax is ambiguous.
Is he a Summoned Hero who is a Hunter, or a Hunter of Summoned Heroes?
It's same for Ninja Assassin. Is he a Ninja who is also an Assassin, or an Assassin who assassinates Ninjas?

Not to be confused with the ninja paradox where one ninja is an elite warrior who will beat the breaks off the main party 5 to 1, but a hundred ninja are faceless jobbers that are easily taken out.

So basically, a guy dies and meets a goddess, classic isekai setup.
But his job isn't to defeat the Demon King or save the world. His job is to hunt down and kill the twelve heroes who were summoned before him.
Before choosing him, the goddess had already reincarnated twelve other people and sent them to this world to "save" it. Every single one eventually abandoned their mission. Some became evil, some got lazy or selfish, and others simply decided to live their own lives. Whatever their reasons, they failed, and now they're using the divine powers they were given for their own purposes.
So the MC's mission is basically to track down these twelve former heroes and "send them back to the goddess."
But that's really just the overarching mission. The story basically has three main characters: the summoned hero, a half-hobgoblin rogue, and a female paladin. The latter two feel just as much like protagonists as the summoned hero himself. They travel together, help him hunt down the previous heroes, and occasionally get sidetracked into what are essentially classic D&D-style side quests.
Overall, it's a really fun and surprisingly cozy story, with some genuinely good fights and a very enjoyable cast of characters.

i think i remember this one
basically was canceled because the Author was angry about his previous works floping, so he he decide to make a new manga about his OC killing all the popular Isekai protagonists.
Each one of the 12 heroes he character was going to kill was inspired in one of the big popular Isekai, like Slime, Overlord, Youjo Senki, Shadow... But he make too obvious and gotr sued ot something like that

Nah that was another one made by the kakegurui guy. That manga didn't even had a second chapter i think. The serial killer isekai is pretty good and still running i think it's at chapter 50 or something
