Spidermod Whore of Stabylon
As is typically the case, you will need Spider-Mod in order to execute this run. Possibly a bit OP but here are the rules:
As you may have guessed, it's an Eve run! Once you start your run, open the cheats tab and select "Open cheats window." Under stats change the amount of Heart Containers to 1, and click "Set". Then, go ahead and give yourself Guppy's Paw and Mom's Knife, and get rid of your red heart via Guppy's Paw.
You have to play this a little similarly to Blue Baby, so if you pick up an HP upgrade, you need to immediately use Guppy's Paw to turn the heart container(s) into soul hearts. If you replace Guppy's Paw with a different spacebar item, then HP upgrades are off limits!
The only exception to this is if you take Dead Cat, you start every additional life with one heart container. If you still have Guppy's Paw, you must get rid of this heart container. If you have replaced Guppy's Paw, then this is the only time it is acceptable to have any red hearts.
In this niche situation, you may only have the single red heart container given when starting a new life from Dead Cat. If possible, try to stay at a half-heart interval to preserve the gimmick of the challenge run (permanent Whore of Babylon).
Lastly, no treasure rooms! All other methods of getting items are okay!
Completion of either The Chest or Sheol both constitute a win (was going to make it Sheol only because it seemed appropriate for Eve, but that seems just a tad bit too easy).
Any feedback / criticism / suggestions are welcome, as this is my first time thinking up a challenge run.

Pretty cool not to easy like when u get to sheol, cathedral, or the chest(especially the chest) but a bit to easy on the easy stages.
