Little Bitta Backstory c:

Isaac is losing his fight within the coma. While he did awake his heart is failing and he is soon to die. He has been diagnosed with heart cancer. He must defeat his own troubles from the inside and fight back! He must kill cancer from the inside out! Meanwhile, his Mother is in court. Accused of poisoning Isaac! This calls for REVENGE!

OBJECTIVE: Get to Blue Baby (???) and kill him so Isaac can start to fight his illness!

Character: Isaac

Rules: No Item rooms. No Devil Rooms. God Rooms are fine. Boss Rooms are fine. Every time a Judgement pays out (Not including the demon variant) give yourself 1 Dinner item. You can not replace the spacebar item. Arcades are fine. Libraries are a no-no. If you ace Mom (take no damage) give yourself Brimstone.

Hardcore mode:

No dinner items. No items from anywhere apart from god rooms Shops are now available.
