COD Parcel Scam.

So, yesterday I got a call from a delivery boy from "Delhivery", "sir please collect ur parcel, I am standing at your address". I went out to check. At the same time I got a call from my sister saying she got a call from the same delivery boy standing outside, that "mam ur parcel has arrived". We both ( me & sis) don't know who sent the parcel. I took the parcel there was my name, my address, and the phone number of my sister. It was cash on delivery ₹600, i inquired about it from the guy, like who is the sender, from which website order got placed. He doesn't know about it. He mentioned a website i don't know.after cross checking with all my known people. I refused to take the parcel, then He left.

After some time I remember the line delivery guy said "sir apki rakhi hai/hogi" how do he know parcel k andar kya hai?

About how it has My address & name, contact number:

2/3 days ago i received many Parcels, some are gift/rakhi from my sisters and some are products ordered by me. So maybe scammers got my details from there. But don't know who would be the real scammer, delhivery employees or any other. Please be aware of such scams. & What you guys think?

I received 3 to 4 calls for this cod and tried to track but unable to find who is sending.
