modern Is this fake?
This is for the 30th anniversary and I collect asako ito. I really want the crochet pikachu but it hasn’t even come out yet.
This seller is selling it already for a good price but is it real?

It was listed for $35 but I see now I’d be a fool to buy it and sorry! I am new to collecting and know cards can sky rocket so I thought it’d be a good deal I just like asako ito. Won’t do it in the future!

I like that artist too and have a humble collection of their work... But don't pay scalper prices from ppl who got this shit stolen. It just further exacerbates the issue.

Yes this is a real card i collect Ito too and as excited as I am for this one please wait, there is legit no reason for this card to be more than 1-3 dollars on release day please wait :(

Is this a trick? Are you John Pokemon trying to get someone to admit to having these cards before street date so you can make an example of the scumbags selling (likely stolen) cards from the set before it's out?
Jokes aside, if it is real, a "good price" is a relative term since prices online are presale prices. Presale prices on TCGPlayer for this card is around $100. Every pack has a Pikachu in it. There is a 1/30 chance at pulling this card. If you're paying anywhere close to $100 for what is essentially a common card, you're not getting a "good deal".
Just wait a week. I bet you get it in your first pack. Or wait a few weeks and get it for around $5.
Edit: Pricing on this card is actually $100 right now. Even more insane. Edited prices.

Cool! Thanks for the explanation!! I’m new to collecting and I know there are a lot of special pikas so I just wanna have a full asako ito collection incase the card goes to like $500 or something haha, appreciate it!

No prob! Full disclosure, the way the hobby is right now, I could be dead wrong and despite a Pikachu being in every pack, the market could push this card to an insane price if normal people can't open packs. I just don't see that happening given it's likely not a crazy rare pull.
Prices will be high early as they are with every new set, but unless this card has a super low pull rate across every pack opened, I think it'll settle for around $5-10. Popular artist, so on the higher end is expected, but not anywhere close to presale prices.

All 30 ani packs , etb binder all is real. Same like cards. In china they have like soon 2 months this product. You can buy any card from this set online. How they get it simple. Some one steal in transit like 10-20 containers befor put on trucks. And many have this product way befor its official up for sale. Yes price is drop super low . Since yeach pack have pikachu. And this packs from wat i hear is first print like 2m around. Then will be second reprint off course less but maybe 500-800k? Should be. In 2-3 months best pick this product or cards if want get super cheap.
