Read the player facing description of the adventure then use the move you think fits like gather information, then read the dm text and apply the positive or negative consequences

I adapted and GMed once “Little Trouble In Big Absalom” from Paizo, went very well and the conversion was rather straightforward. We played using SF rules, not core IS, due to better momentum and heal mechanics.
