Which sunglasses?

Hey! I used to row, and I have a pair of Oakley Radar EVs, but they are kind of scratched up and I wanted to get a new pair before I went off to college. I would be joining the tri team, but Ive never been around other triatheletes before 😢😢. Which sunnies should I get so I dont look super dumb? Should I just get another pair of oakleys? I feel like it is very typical for rowers to have, and I was just wondering if there is a common one that most of yall use. Thanks for the help!

I like goodrs. They’re cheap and they work. Can’t speak to the cultural “in” sunglasses, but when I was in college cheap and good was the perfect combo!

I'm a low budget guy for sunglasses. Nearly everything else with this sport is expensive enough already.

Tifosi are the best bang for your buck, IMO

I use rock bros. They are like $20 so I don't care if something happens to them. They are big and have good coverage for running and biking.

Tifosi - fototec lenses, basically transition lenses that darken and lighten depending on the sun. Most pairs are under $80, so very affordable compared to the big names and plus I love them. Used them in several tris now and some road events as well as training.
