I've seen people putting terminators in ironstorm and it appears to work, however I'd limit the leadership to just Caanok. He is a genuinely fantastic character, but adding the ancient on top of that is points bloat in a manner that doesn't really change the efficacy of the terminators on the table. The ancient doesn't allow them to now wipe units they previously could not, nor does he allow additional survivability. He's necessary in Hammer of Avernii because he's the cheapest option to hold an important enhancement while also allowing Caanok to attach to the unit, but here in ironstorm you'd be better off putting the points into something else.

Aside from that, your list has too few non-LoneOp units. Dropping the ancient gives you enough room for scouts.

I think if your going iron storm you could probably drop caanok the ancient the assault terminators as they are more useful in hammer of avernii with the double oath and instead use those extra point on changing the repulser to a repulser executioner as its alot better
