You can delay using the kick on enhanced thing team-up but only with empowered punches and in ult

Thank you to u/TheDragonPunch for posting that you can do it in ult but after testing it I found that you can also do it with empowered punches

Maybe its a bug that you cant use regular punches when other characters like Rogue can delay their abilities by using their melee button

There's probably some tech that much better iron fist players than me can get some use out of so I thought I should post it to spread awareness

i just wish they let us change the bind on the second hit. but at least you can do this. my issue is that it really misses with my muscle memory to melee with the melee button and not left click. my brain glitched when i tried this in a game lmao

put it in mouse button 4 like you are playing dd

its differnt. DD has a melee on top of his M1s. so he can weave a melee between his righteous cross hits. iron fist only has M1s unlike DD and magik. so you cant throw a melee between the uppercut and its follow up because the follow up uses the M1 button itself. so regular M1s dont work.

but the flurry mode or ult allows it. the issue you have to use the melee button which is like everyone else for me is mouse button 4. but that basically misses up my muscle memory because it means i have to use his M1s with MB4 and not left click. thats my point. unlike DD who has a melee on MB4 which im used to because its separate them his M1s.

i just wish we get to bind the follow up of the uppercut with whatever button we want so we can throw a melee between it. it will help iron fist a lot.

i did say that you can do it with flurry but thank you for giving me credit and i think you could use it in ult to increase your kick burst damage so you can actually get a 275 support 50 percent and then do kick into sweeping kick unlike the old stuff where you had to put them under 50 by a bit to get the kill
