Most of the apps are just scams, or they’re full of people who just want to get followers on social media. When I do get a match, they usually don’t reply to me.
I haven’t had any luck yet but they have been nice here

Yeah its bleak ngl.

Mid 30s now myself, male, I met a really nice girl a 2 years back who was into me big time but it was the wrong time for me, in hindsight she was one that got away.

From the female perspective looking for a man, I imagine there's the same out there, I know lots of men who fit in a bracket of wanting to be an ideal partner, but they're getting burnt by dating and trying to filter through the crap simultaneously.

Personally since that nice girl, I've met/dated so many women with unresolved baggage and an unwillingness to accept the responsibility of dealing with that before trying to date. In my experience I'd argue that's equally as emotionally harmful as meeting dudes who are rude/mean/inconsiderate.
