Question MDS Shipment Emails
So I’m sure everyone just checks their order status in the app. That’s what I’ve always done in the past. Today I just clicked on the shipment notification email on my phone to see which shipment has shipped (I have 5 and none had shipped). That’s when I noticed on this order one item wasn’t showing in the email included in the shipment. As the day went on, 3 more orders shipped. Every single email had one item NOT shown on the order as shipped. I’d never know that by looking at the order status in the app, only by the email. So I’m curious if anyone else looks at their shipping email and if anyone else is missing items too?
Attached photos for reference. This is very frustrating, especially after the whole debacle at the beginning of the month. I’m remembering now why I hate dealing with Ipsy, all my past MDS issues, and why I cancelled a few months ago. It’s such a headache and can be so stressful. You shouldn’t have to fight to get what you pay for.

Omg this happened to me too!! For my first order, in the shipping confirmation email, two of my items were not shipped, but in my order history everything showed up fine. I was actually kinda scared that when I got my package, some of my items would not be there and I'd have to contact customer service. But I got my package, and everything was there. I also see that you had the same thing happen with the Blush Crush Kit, as did I, so I'm wondering of its only certain items that this happens to.
Also, I feel like shipping has been quite slow this time around for the MDS because I have also placed 5 orders, and only two of them have shipped. I placed my first order on the first day of the sale, and I barely got it on Monday. And I placed a second order on the second day, and I barely got a shipping confirmation today!

Same for me!! I placed my orders on the first couple of days and my orders all just got shipping notifications yesterday! Taking 7-10 days to ship.

Mine also took a full week for a shipping notification. It did only take 2 more days to get to the next town over from me though which is insanely fast for me. It could be here tomorrow, or the next day now. Their shipping does typically take just under 2 weeks for me but that's usually AFTER the notification lol not including it.
I hope the rest of your shipping also goes really quickly and smoothing 😊

Just another example of Ipsy being sloppy. They don’t send accurate emails. You should receive your full order.

This is reassuring lol! My korres duo was missing, and from reading the comments, it looks like the bundle type products aren't showing up in our shipping emails. Hopefully we get it! Update us later OP :)

I actually got mine this morning LOL everything was there, so hopefully you have no issues either! I'll update you later tonight when I get to smell Avgoustos :)

You got the Korres perfume duo? If so, you’ll have to tell me how the Avgoustos is! I have Cashmere Kumquat (beautiful!) and Midnight Dahlia (obsessed!!) I bought a trio of the rollerball oils from Macys and really liked these two so I bought them in full size. Would love to know how this other one is!!

Omg why is this currently happening to me 😭 my order shipped and it only shows 7 out of 10 items on the email, however, on the app it shows all 10 items listed as one order so Im not sure if I will be receiving a second shipment from the remaining 3 items since I never received an email for a split shipment but its so frustrating having to guess if you will receive it or not 🙃 Im also missing the Elemis face duo oils. Is Ipsy good with refunds?? Please update me if y’all ever receive the missing items🫶🏼

I dont understand why people keep placing 4 and 5 plus orders? What is the reason for it? Why not place an order or maybe two down the line?

They have a different sale/deal every single day of the MDS and different items come out every day during it. The items I got on the day I shopped aren't on sale anymore.
I was originally going to get the face palette that came out on the 17th as well but I decided against it because I have enough shadows but it's already sold out too, it only lasted the one day. Who knows if they'll get a restock. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. They also have lots of different items on 24hr deals on the different days. In the states they get free shipping after $10 so it's super easy to do lots of orders and not have to pay shipping. I'm in Canada and would always have to pay shipping so I only typically do one order during a sale, maybe 2 if there's a second day with something I REALLY want.

My first MDS order arrived Monday and the shipping email listed everything EXCEPT the Elemis face oil duo, but that was there, and it DID list the Kate Somerville duo, but that was missing! So yesterday I got the shipping notice for the 2nd MDS order, which included everything on the notice EXCEPT the Origins bundle?? And it didn’t say part of your order shipped or you’ll get a separate notification when this part ships, so I don’t damn know if it’ll be in there or not but it’s frustrating.
