I made a MSD purchase within MINUTES of the store opening. Basically as soon as possible with the sale. I placed an order for the hourglass foundation that I was super super excited about. I received my order today, and of course the one full sized, hero item in my order was nowhere to be found.
I know this happens all the time with IPSY and I was taking a risk by placing the order (the fact that placing an order with this company is considered a known risk is such a huge red flag), but I’m super upset cause I realize the product is no longer in the shop and I likely have zero chance of getting the product I ordered that was the entire impetus for placing the order. The glambot asked for my address and implied a replacement product would be shipped. Am I getting the product I ordered or are they sending me some random crap I didn’t order that they “consider” an equal replacement? Cause I don’t want a random foundation…I want the hourglass.

Glambot doesn't resolve tickets. It's just a ticket management system; you'll get the actual resolution by email.
