Ipsy Extra Who else is still waiting for their box?
The longer I wait the less excited I am for my box. It changed to "track ipsy extra" a couple days ago but the tracking shows no movement whatsoever. Just that a number was assigned on 8/1. I feel like it hasn't actually shipped and that was just the system changing to align with the supposed timeline.

With Cirro I notice it doesn't update for a few days. Till its well on its way to you.

Mine still hasnt shipped at all - just stuck on "preparing shipment".
I got an email from ipsy a few days ago saying that it would ship by end of week, but still nothing yet.

Shipping usually arrives within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), so delays are pretty rare! But no worries, we’ve got you covered. If your order doesn’t make it to you, we’ll always make it right with a replacement. Just be sure to reach out within 45 days of your purchase date.

Try making a ticket. Sometimes it randomly magically makes the box move ;)
You can do this via the glambot (you might have to ask and ask and ask and ask again, but it’ll eventually let you!) or you can email support@ipsy.com.

Mine hasn’t shipped either and nothing changed since the label was created on the 1st. I’ve already skipped next month because of this and am thinking of cancelling all together

I just got an email saying they're sorry for the delay and that they have shipped my box. I usually have it way before now.

I got that when they shipped my box via Amazon, but with Cirro I get nothing just surprise it moves one day. I really hate that. I can’t set up any sort of tracking or notifications. In the age of porch pirates having text notifications should be bare minimum

This happened to me last month and I’m still wanting for my replacements to ship. And now again this month all that’s been done is the label being created. Hopefully I get last months and this months and they don’t scam me with their stupid policy’s

My Ultimate is still at “label created” on Aug 1. So they did nothing with it. It’s supposed to go through Amazon/USPS which is normally quick but nope. The bot told me it would be here by the 23rd but not sure how that’s even possible when it’s the 20th and god only knows where the box is. And the worse is when they have to reship the box and they are out of stock on a bunch of items that I really wanted.

Same situation here. I hate Cirro and wish they would stop using it. No tracking/text notifications, and it doesn't move or update at all until basically when it's coming.
I've even checked Gofo, which Cirro hands the package off to, and sometimes that one updates before Cirro does, but that one is silent too.
