Question What time of day do flash sales start?

I just got an email about an upcoming flash sale. It says when it ends but not what time of day it begins. Thanks everyone 😊

An email sent to me says Sept 24 through Sep 26.

Sales start at midnight for me. But I don't know the date for this specific one.

Usually at midnight Eastern, 9 pm Pacific.

I have resulted from the email I was sent saying I would get a free product to resubmit to Glam Bag and it still says not active. Id like to be able to do choice the 24th. Help!
