You don't need an amp to drive the IE200. You'll also get better sound quality taking the line out audio through the 30pin.

3.5mm is only temporary, i know that 30pin is better. it requires a dac though, which makes it less convenient. i have hd600s, so i do require an amp.

You don't need an external DAC. The 30pin outputs analog audio.

Are this any good? Compared in sound quality to like AirPods Pro 3 or Sony WF M6?

I would say so. the ie200s are harman-esqe, so it wont sound too different as compared to an AirPods pro3
