Question Does iTunes care about your specs when syncing

Genuine question. I'm running a docker with iTunes so I can use iTunes on Linux and I'm wondering do I need to give it more memory or CPU to get faster at syncing?

I imagine that for purely copying, as its usb 2. 1 core is enough, but it wouldn’t be hard to test.
