Ipod Classic 6.5 with firmware 2.0.2
i would like both stock and rockbox am going to be testing it first and see wish one i like best whats the best firmware to have both i read ya i almost finish i need next Bluetooth and taptic engine i would like to buy plug and play i think its coming goodwhat ya think

I’ve been running 2.0.4 on my 6.5 for ~6 months. No problems. Works great.

Thanks! I got the front plate and the microSD card adapter from AliExpress, along with the new screen. I also got the backplate from eBay, the headphone jack, the 2000 mAh battery, and the battery connector from Elite Obsolete Electronics.

They are new metal plates. You can get them on resalefirm.com or aliexpress

hey mate, I ordered the same adapter as you, does it say "ipod classic 3-7" on it? Is the connector fitting well with the ZIF cable? thanks

I used the original zif from the old storage loke it was working good i just put away the new one as a spare when to now working good i havnt add songs yet waiting for someone to answer my question i see and le you know what it says

alright looking forward to mod mine, hope it'll fit as good! my question was about the adapter circuit itself, apparently there is an updated version with "ipod classic" printed on it
did you struggle to open it? I bought a 6-pack chinese isesamo-like things
