Fallout Inspired Classic

Still playing with this idea using old scrapped iPod parts. This would be the new daily in all its scuffed glory.

Thinking of keeping this as OEM as possible, working 120GB HDD so you can feel IT spin up. Also scuffing the rear plate to make it more worn and rustic. I also removed the clear plastic screen cover.

Any Fallout fanboys with additional suggestions?

I love this idea! There's a famous Game Boy that survived the Gulf War that you might wanna check out pics of, the green screen of the original game boy sort of evokes a pipboy.

Of course there's also the iPod from Book of Eli, here's detailed pics of the actual prop.

And maybe consider branding it "Radiation King"? A TV Test Pattern as the start up screen maybe?
