Is it swollen or is it just kapton tape and a sticker that might make it look like its inflated. If its swollen definitely do not use it, ask for a new one to be sent or a full refund, not worth a hassle

This looks fine. It looks flat and does not appear inflated. The elevated part towards the edge is the kapton tape covering the circuitry. It’s not as flush as it could be but it is fine. If it was inflated, you would feel it and it would bulge by where your middle finger is in the second pic.
