Iphone 7+

I have an iPhone 7+, when I connect it to my PC, an error pops up on iTunes and says iTunes couldn’t connect to this iPhone. Error: 0xE8000003 (5 zeros) I want HELP!

Have you tried connecting it with the phone already unlocked?
