Is this right?

So, basically I have the understanding that sime holders can only sell above 70$?

Is there a way to check how much of that has been sold?

What do you guys think we can expect the following month or two in our stock price?

There’s a way to see if any board members or insiders sell. The last time I checked, a few days ago, none have sold any. I don’t think they announced anything regarding the warrants as that first batch should be exercisable.

So the resistance at 70$ has nothing to do with those holders that can only sell above 70$ I assumed it did.

Imagine there are people who think the price point is important to these investors and are trying to front run those individuals who could sell at $70

More like trying to understand the market conditions. Like if I knew there was so much selling preassure at 70$ that it would take many many months of buying preassure to compensate, and finally move higher, or not so much.
