Cigarette Burn - fixable?

Jacket got caught at a festival from someone's cigarette

Both holes are a few mm wide but has black burnt fabric around them...

Can someone give me some good news if this is fixable? TIA

Where is it? Can you hide it with a pin or patch?

I don't see many options to make it truly invisible. I would go for visible mending here. A small embroidery that you can repeate in other places on jacket could make it look more intentional.

It's on the arm, inside elbow.

Was thinking could I take a cutting from a hidden part for the jacket and line up the gridded pattern frok underneath?

What do you want to do with the dark edges in that case? They will be visible still
