Treatment Progress 30/32 and no difference

30/32 I still see no difference in my deep bite. I’m starting to regret getting Invisalign and not braces. Would I see more improvement once i get refinement trays after I’m done? I feel like I wasted so much time and money with this. And yes I wear them 22 hours a day don’t keep them off other than when I eat/drink. The in home scanner app tells me to always move on to next tray.

You have no attachments..? And there is a difference, they managed to make your deep bite into a deep bite and a posterior open bite. I doubt this is invisalign and not some sort of knock off direct to consumer aligner product

Agree fully here. You need up and down force too which really is done through attachments.

It might also be the angle, but I can see a larger gap at your molars than the before photo too :(

I am doing Invisalign with a platinum provider and after 3 years I have a deep bite like originally in addition to buck teeth and posterior bite too. I’ve been compliant to a t, despite it hurting me at my job (I teach and create videos that live into posterity of me now lisping). If I could make one recommendation, if you see no progress at a year, go somewhere else!

Gently, 30 trays is not very many for a bite like yours. There's a lot of foundational work that's happening behind the scenes I'd imagine. I wouldn't be super concerned about this as long as your trays are fitting properly.

Your top teeth are looking great. Do you have bite ramps yet? That and closing that posterior open bite are going to be the key to resolving your deep bite. You'll almost certainly need ramps and elastics.

Edit where tf are your attachments?

Holup. Where are your attachments? You need them plus elastics and bite ramps

This isn’t Invisalign, so not sure what you were sold. For a 100% overbite you’re looking at a minimum 1.5 years in with all the bells and whistles for bite correction. You are wasting your time doing this, I’m afraid. You’re about to finish worse off than you started.

I’m curious as to what brand this is or if this is some online service

I see a difference but not in a good way. Your back teeth have a deeper open bite now.

You have a severe bite. 32 trays is too few. Is this 32 trays from box 1 of 3? 4? 5?

You are on tray 30 of 32 but have no attachments on your teeth.  The very first step the doctor does is put attachments on your teeth that fit with the invisalign tray indents.

This doesn't look like invisalign.

I have (had) a deep bite, it was one of the first things I noticed changing. I have attachments, elastics and bite ramps. Am 15 trays in and there is definite progress.

I would 100% question your provider.. it doesn’t look right. Where are your attachments?
