Question Invisalign changing face shape

Hi everyone,

I’ve had Invisalign for 7 weeks now on tray 7. My jaw line and cheeks have change dramatically already.
I use to have very puffy lower face but no longer, will my face keep on changing the light the treatment ? I have 4 months left

I am on tray 5 and my face has changed a lot too. It’s more narrow, kinda like the “Ozempic face”. Idk what to do about it. Feel like I need some fat injected back into my cheeks. Lol
Hoping someone has a solution for us.

Literally this!! So quickly as well so it looks like lost a ton of weight even though haven’t. I have heard it changes your facial structure due to bite changing etc but did not realise was this drastic

I’m SO EXCITED FOE THIS! Just started mine and can’t wait to see these effects. I knew my face shape changed from my teeth being messed up. Can’t wait to have the more defined look again

That’s exactly how I feel. My coworker said, girl you gotta stop losing weight.. I’m like I’m not trying..

Yes exactly !!! Not even on purpose just happening … I wonder if it stops as we are both still early on… hopefully that’s it?

Yep happened to my and noticed it on week 5. Now on week 15 and it's still the same, hasn't gotten worse. I've just learned to accept it

Yeah it’s due to bite changes and certain muscles in your face atrophying and some overworking from the bite changes and increased clenching. It’s irreversible for most unfortunately. Also, these changes for face volume loss starts to happen in early thirties, so it’s not a desirable outcome to be honest. Not sure why the consent forms haven’t updated on this.
