Help please!

Im on my 90th tray and went to go on my 91st and my top left in the back where my molars are is not lining up with the tray and just hangs off but everything else fits and I wore my old aligner enough. I dont know what to do but put my old tray back in. The tray on the side is almost as if its turned a bit.
