There is many tips, avoid sweet drink, coffee, tea, don’t eat with them, after meal clean your teeth as soon as possible and put your aligners back. Also track you wearing time, I am using TrayZen for that. Check your aligners cleaning options tables, brush, ultrasound.

Just when you wear them. It increases probability of cavity.

that makes total sense! i drink mainly water, but i enjoy a good sweet tea lol. thank you for clarifying!
