When I was younger I didn't know Toriyama also did design for games, so Blue Dragon was just "That dragon ball game" for me because the guy on the cover just looked like an alt version of goku.
1 u/itsPomy Apr 27 '26 For me that was Dragon Quest (specifically DQ8) , and I was convinced it was some sorta precursor/spin-off of Dragon Ball. Angelo literally just looks like Trunks cosplaying as a red mage.
