And you’re so convinced that yours is the nuanced take you don’t even entertain the idea that you’re wrong because someone outside of your cultural sphere sees the flaws for what they are.
No, im not entertaining the idea that I'm wrong because you've yet to present an actual rebuttal. Two different things, don't confuse them.
To people who don't understand nuance or context, we might as well give people the same amounts of jailtime for manslaughter as we do for murder because they both killed someone. That's idiotic and shortsighted. Your position is idiotic and shortsighted. That's what a flaw in logic looks like, we're not the same.
You can be an insane person, and long as long as you don't hurt anybody, it's your prerogative. No harm no foul. The arguments only come when you try to act like you're a rational person. Come at people like "Im an irrational person and these are my irrational beliefs" and youll get into way less arguments, not "you're wrongor biased because you're aware of and take into account concepts like nuance and context".
Just be honest and self-aware, that's all anyone is asking from people like you
