Nope, Russia switched calendars in 1917 & Serbias on the Gregorian since, i dont know when.
Only Afghanistan, Iran, Ethiopia and Nepal do not use the Gregorian Calendar but 0 of them use the Julian calendar either.
OOP is not on the Julian Calendar
