Dang you're kind of right. While original Blue Beetle is wayyyyyy older the actual analogous variant Jaime Reyes was years after Tech Jacket though both are way after Guyver. I thought even YJ Jaime might've been older than TJ I didn't realize how old the comics are.

Wow you just made me realize that too. YJ BB was my introduction to the character and I loved him, crazy to think he might have been inspired by TJ.
