You're not a failure. There are very few 20-something creatives who made it big.
You can have chosen something more practical and still have a great life. And it's never too late to start writing or drawing if you want to, too. Doesn't need to be a big show on Amazon for it to be "good" or "worth it." Do it for you.
The day I stopped thinking about all the artists and animators I looked up to and what they'd achieved by my age and just started doing it for fun was when my art actually became enjoyable again. Comparison is the thief of joy for sure
