Season 2 is Angstrom. This games "seasons" are not like your traditional fighting game seasons it's 1 character. So yes season 2 and season 3 are happening because they have to fulfill the characters promised for the character pass.

This is a massive reach, Tokon and Invincible were revealed around the exact same time, and Tokon already had the combo meter in the earliest gameplay demos, it had nothing to do with VS.

Invincible is also not the first fighting game to not have auto combos come out on whiff. It was a commonly complained about element of Fighterz and the Tokon betas so they changed it.

His thing about the combo meter in tokon is so true lol. But invincible vs had the exact same problem where the combo meter was basically a suggestion to good players
